region. Tawaran ini cukup mendesak karena program akan segera mulai
October 2007.

Dear colleagues, friends,

For those who don't know me, my name is dr Peter Kelderman and work at
UNESCO-IHE in the Env Resources Department (ES and WM Programmes).

Just now a project has been approved on Capacity Enhancement at UNSRAT
University , Manado, Sulawesi. In the Project (apart from other
activities), two participants from the region will follow the WQM MSc
Programme at UNESCO-IHE. The selection of one candidate has
successfully taken place. We are still looking for a WM-WQM
candidate. Of course UNSRAT has been asked to put forward potential
new candidates, but in view of the urgency (the new Programme starts
half October !) I would also like to ask you if you have any Academic
contacts or even know potential candidates from the Manado region.
His/her background should be related with Env./Water Resources
Management; further the normal IHE requirements hold (BSC; at least
2-3 years working experience; good command of English).

I am looking forward to your reaction and thank you in advance for
your efforts in this.
