PT. EP OILFIELD SERVICES is a consulting company for Oil and Gas sector are seeking
for candidate to fill the vacancies to our client (Oil Company) for the following positions:
Civil / Structural Engineer
Civil Engineer

Requirements:
• Broad and extensive knowledge of: (- Design standards, specifications, codes, and
appropriate safety criteria; - Offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and
operations; - Engineering administration; - Practices, processes, and expectations with
respect to project engineering)
• 3 years experience of which should be at the project engineering/ engineering
management level
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

Process Engineer

Requirements:
• Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of process
and process control hardware and software
• Strong background, including operations, in oil and gas production facilities
• Broad understanding of Safety aspects in design (API 14C regulations, relief and blow
down, passive and active fire protection, etc.)
• 3 years experience of which should be at the Senior Process Engineer level.
• Strong communication, coordination, technical and problem solving skills

Pipeline Engineer

Requirements:
• Thorough and working knowledge of: (- Pipelines engineering, design, fabrication,
transportation, and installation principles, theories, and concepts; - Applicable codes,
standards and trade practices; - Practices, processes, and expectations with respect to
pipeline engineering)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Civil, Ocean, or Maritime Systems Engineering
• 5 years experience of which should be at the Senior Pipeline Engineer level
• Ideally: (- Hands-on design experience with large diameter steel pipelines and special
crossings; - 2 years of hands-on pipeline installation experience)
• Working knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of pipeline
analyses software.
• Demonstrated hands-on skill at recommending quick, precise solutions to technical
issues as required to meet or exceed Project schedule and budget constraints
• Must be able and willing to: (- Work overseas, work with others outside his group to
ensure that work results are technically compatible; - Work independently with minimum
supervision; - Work as an integrated part of a Project team in an assurance role; -
Establish strong contact with other advisors for consultation on pipelines systems; -
Review and comment on contractors procedures and method statements for safety and
constructability issues; - Review design of crossings and/or special sections for integrity,
methodology, constructability, and reinstatement)

Cost Engineer

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling
and project control and have at least 5 years specific involvement in projects for major
process facilities
• Experience with Contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the
construction of major onshore facilities

Turet/Mooring Engineer Specialist

Requirements:
• Thorough and working knowledge of: (- Turet/Mooring engineering, design, fabrication,
transportation, and installation principles, theories, and concepts; - Applicable codes,
standards and trade practices; - Practices, processes, and expectations with respect to
mooring tower engineering)
• Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture, Civil, Ocean, or Maritime Systems
Engineering
• Ideally: (- Hands-on design experience with FSO/FPSO mooring systems; - 2 years of
hands-on mooring installation experience)
• Working knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of mooring
analyses software
• Demonstrated hands-on skill at recommending quick, precise solutions to technical
issues as required to meet or exceed Project schedule and budget constraints
• Must be able and willing to: (- Work overseas; - Work with others outside his group to

Electrical Engineer Specialist

Requirements:
• Thorough and extensive knowledge of: (- Electrical engineering principles, theories and
concepts; - Applicable codes, standards and concepts)
• Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and application of electrical
equipment and hardware
• 3 years experience of which should be at the Senior Electrical level

Construction Engineer

Requirements:
• Good supervisory skills
• Worldwide experience working with contractors and subcontractors, in particular those
involved in the construction of Onshore oil, gas, chemical and/or petrochemical plant
facilities.

Reservoir Engineer

Requirements:
• BS degree in an engineering subject with specialized course in Reservoir Engineering
• 10 years of broad engineering experience with not less than seven years in Reservoir
Engineering
• Experience of simulation and detailed knowledge of economics
• Aptitude and desire to train less experienced engineers

Environment & Socioeconomic
Environment & Socioeconomic Supervisor

Requirements:
• Broad technical and SH&E skills with basic understanding of project management and
SH&E functional work processes
• Minimum 2 years broad-based experience preferred, with prior experience in one or
more SH&E-related disciplines
• Knowledge of UPMS process, and in particular SH&E deliverable Requirements
• Knowledge of EMDC strategies and key business drivers

AMDAL Monitoring Reporting Advisor

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience preferably in the natural resources (oil and gas, mining
development field)
• Working knowledge of the AMDAL process as it relates to environmental studies,
planning program creation and implementation, environmental monitoring, and
performance reporting.
• Experience related to establishing and Environmental and Socioeconomic Management
and Documentation System
• Working knowledge in the areas of socioeconomics and health

Socioeconomic Monitoring Reporting Advisor

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree majoring Social scientist (e.q. anthropologist, sociologist) is preferable.
• 3-5 years experience preferably in the natural resources development field (oil and gas,
mining)
• Working knowledge of the AMDAL process particularly as it relates to socioeconomic
studies, planning, program creation and implementation, socioeconomic monitoring, and
performance reporting
• Working knowledge in the areas of health and the environment

Offshore Pipeline Inspector

Requirements:
• Bachelors or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, civil, or ocean engineering
• 10 years of pipeline related engineering experience in offshore pipeline design,
installation, or operations
• Must have thorough working knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of pipeline
engineering, design, and installation, including application of worldwide codes, standards
and industry practices.
• Must have hands-on design experience with large diameter offshore pipelines, including
risers, sub sea spools, shore crossings, installation and burial

Inspection Lead Spread

Welding Inspector Vessel

Requirements:
• Working Knowledge of: [- Piping and pressure vessel codes and quality standards (e.q.
AWS D1.1, CSA B51, ASME Section III, ASME B31.3 and ISO 9001); - Piping fabrication
methods; - Welding processes and NDE techniques including evaluation methods; -
Piping, Isometrics and shop Drawings]
• Trained to authorize work permits (e.q. hot work, confined space, etc.)
• Well versed in safe work practices
• Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of piping systems on major onshore
construction projects

Instrument & Controls Engineer Specialist
E&I Inspector

Requirements:
• Familiarity with Trains 1 and 2 ICIMS Information and Control Systems
• Technical understanding of state-of-the- art control system and information system
technology.
• Minimum of 15 years technical experience in control systems discipline and have at least
5 years specific experience working with and EPC Contractor on a large capital project.
• Experience with large scale distributed control systems and programmable electronic
shutdown designs for major onshore petrochemical facilities
• Experience with world wide suppliers of instrumentation, DCS and other digital control,
communications and network subsystems.

Contract Specialist

Requirements:
• 5 years of Procurement experiences
• Intermediate to Expert Contracting Skills
• Experience in Construction, Maintenance, Drilling or Production Service Contracting
• Detailed knowledge and application of DOAG.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• BA/BS Preferred
• Upstream experience would be very beneficial but not required

External Interface Coordinator

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a project engineer preferred. Experience in written management
communication

General Inspection & Surveillance (GIS) Coordinator

Requirements:
• Formal technical, quality assurance and auditor/assessor training is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up
or Operation activities of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience associated with quality management, and coordination
of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Start-up and/or
Operations of projects of various facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Regional experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of
onshore production facilities, pipelines and/or FSOs, as appropriate

OIMS Coordinator

Requirements:
• Safety experience an asset
• 5-10 years experience in facilities or other engineering discipline
• 5-10 years experience in project management and execution

Piping/Mechanical Support

Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of facilities: (- Design standards, specifications, codes, and
appropriate safety criteria; - Offshore facilities and structure design, construction and
operations; - Practices, processes and expectations with respect to facilities engineering)
• Experience in coordinating engineering contractor and claims avoidance management
desired
• Must be able to interface with others outside the Facilities Group to help determine
whether or not design objectives/delivera bles are being met

Construction

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years broad experience in all project phases, i.e. engineering,
procurement and construction, would have at least 10 years specific involvement in major
process facilities.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Manager
• Minimum of 5 years as Middle East experience

Material Coordinator

Requirements:
• 5 years of Procurement experience
• Intermediate to Expert Equipment and Materials Logistics Skills including Contracts,
Customs, Traffic and Expediting
• Detailed knowledge and application of DOAG, SHB.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• BA/BS Preferred
• Must be a self-starter and able to work in a virtual organization
• Ability to oversee and monitor EPC Contractor logistics activities including track/monitor
key equipment and material movements

Mill Procurement Coordinator

Requirements:
• Intermediate to Expert Contracting, Purchasing, Materials Management and Logistics
Skills
• Knowledgeable of Project Management, Engineering, and Construction functions
• Detailed knowledge and application of DOAG, SHB
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• BA/BS Preferred
• Upstream experience would be very beneficial but not required

SHE&S Safety & Security

Requirements:
• Expert in Safety Manual and safe work practices
• The individual brings to the Project Team the combination of proven talent, project
experience and developed working relationships.

General Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years and maximum 60 years of ages
- Bachelor of Science degree in Science Engineering related field (Chemical, Electrical,
Structural, Mechanical, Control System, Social Scientist, Naval Architecture, Civil, Ocean,
Maritime Systems Engineering) etc. Copies of certificates shall be made
- Advance degree in Engineering and International experience will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Having minimum experience 10 - 15 years of closely related professional experience in
Oil & Gas Industry.
- Having a working knowledge of the applicable experience in the exploration of onshore
/ offshore oil & gas production facility
- Worldwide experience with contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the
construction of onshore facilities
- Have strong organizational, management, and technical judgment skills
- Must be experienced in the use of computer programs related to designated position
and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word,
Power Point, etc.
- Fluent both speaking & writing in English, especially as it applies to technical and
business communications
- Indonesian citizen
